Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Mikro Information Handling and Distribution FZE, a UAE-based training and knowledge services provider.
“Client” means any individual or entity purchasing access to training services or databases.
“Course” means any training course (online, in-person, open or closed) offered by the Company.
“Platform” means the Company’s website(s) and digital services used to deliver content and manage bookings.

2. Scope of Agreement

By registering, enrolling, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy and Cancellation Policies. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation/invoice will be issued upon order receipt. The agreement is deemed accepted upon payment or written confirmation.

3.2 Payment Conditions
– Payment is due in full:
– Public Courses: At least 15 calendar days before the course.
– Closed Courses: 31 days prior to the course or per separate agreement.
– Subscriptions: Before access is granted or monthly in advance.
– Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

3.3 Late Payments
Interest may be charged at 1.5% per month on overdue accounts. The Company reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment.

4. Course Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

4.1 By Participant
– Cancellation ≥30 days before course: 85% refund (15% admin fee retained).
– Cancellation 15–29 days: 50% refund.
– Cancellation <15 days: No refund.
– Rescheduling (≥15 days notice): Subject to availability + 15% fee.

4.3 Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion.

5. Access for Sponsored Users

If your access is paid by an employer, sponsor, or government entity (“Enterprise Customer”), your use of our learning platform is governed both by these Terms and by the agreement between us and the Enterprise Customer.

6. User Accounts & Continuation

Access may be revoked at the discretion of the Enterprise Customer. You may request conversion to an individual user account post-sponsorship. We may also delete your account upon request by your sponsor.

7. Learning Certificates

Certificates may be issued upon completion of certain programs. Certificates may be withheld in cases of academic dishonesty or policy violations. Deleted accounts will lose access to their certificates.

8. Data Sharing with Employer

Your sponsor may receive reports on your participation, such as login history, module progress, submitted assessments, and grades. If you do not agree to this, do not use the platform under a sponsorship arrangement.

9. Licensing & Use of Learning Materials

All content is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licenses for personal use only.
You must not distribute, resell, record, upload, or reverse-engineer any part of the content.

10. Code of Conduct and User Access

Users must not:
– Share login credentials or attempt unauthorized access.
– Use the platform for unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes.
– Introduce malware, scraping tools, or violate the privacy of others.
– Violate any applicable laws.
– Disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
We reserve the right to block or remove users for breach of these terms.

11. Forums and Communications

Our forums and chat systems are public. Do not post confidential employer or personal information. We may moderate content for appropriateness and policy adherence.

– Loss of profit, revenue, or data.
– Delays caused by user hardware or connectivity.

15. Termination

Access may be terminated by either the sponsor or the company. Upon termination, all licenses expire and access to materials and certificates will be revoked.

We may terminate access immediately for:
– Breach of these Terms.
– Inactivity or withdrawal by the user.
You may terminate the agreement by notifying us in writing.
